Ingredients

Add ½ a bag of Chocolate Chip West African Banana Bread Baking Mix
Add 2 mashed bananas
Add ¼ cup of milk
Add 2 tablespoons of oil
Add ⅓ cup of gluten free oats
Optional: Add ¼ cup of shredded coconut
Directions
Mix all ingredients until well combined
Pour mix into the flat plan and smear mix until flat
Bake in a preheated 350 degree oven for 10-12 minutes
