Ingredients

1 packet of Sasas Mix Original West African Banana Bread
3 ripe bananas
2/3 - 1 cup of dairy free milk
¼ cup of oil
Lilikoi Butter by Jamie’s Jams

Directions

Preheat the oven for 350 degrees
Whisk the baking mix, milk, oil and bananas until well combined
Beat the cream cheese, butter, powdered sugar, vanilla, and salt with an electric mixer on low until combined.=
Turn speed up to high and beat for 4-5 minutes until smooth, light, and creamy. Stop and scrape down the bowl 1-2 times to make sure it mixing well.
Pour the baking mixture into the muffin pan and bake for 30-40 minutes in the oven
Once the muffins are done cool completely before smearing your cream cheese frosting on the muffins
