Protein Bars
Ingredients:
2 smashed very ripe bananas
1/4 cup of milk
2 tablespoons of oil
1/3 cup of gluten free oats
1/4 cup of shredded coconut or how ever much you want
Directions:
Mix until well combined.
Place parchment paper on a flat pan and spread the mixture evenly on the pan
Bake in a 350 degree oven for 10-12 mins.
Cool completely, cut into pieces and Enjoy!
